  My son went in to buy a new phone. Without his authorization or his knowledge, his plan was changed from unlimited data to 300mg of data. It took me 3+ hours on the phone/on line chat with AT&T to even begin to resolve this. I am still waiting for the applicable bill to see if this will cost me additional time to get the overcharges reversed - which AT&T says SHOULD happen automatically. Never leave this store without confirming they have NOT changed your account/plan without your knowledge!!!
